So good we came back two days in a row during their soft opening! We had the shrimp tempura, tonkotsu ramen, curry pork katsu, and chirashi don the first time. Then we had the Tekka don, spicy tonkotsu ramen, and spicy tuna on crispy rice the second time. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful. The fish was all fresh. Even my picky daughter ate well. So happy to have this new addition to the heights plaza! Before this we'd always drive 35-60 minutes to find decent ramen. This area desperately needed a restaurant like Wabi.
We ordered takeout for the kids and were honestly so impressed! The sushi looked amazing and tasted just as good. Super fresh, really pretty presentation, and the price was totally reasonable. My whole family loved it. We were in a bit of a rush, so we didn’t get to eat in, but the place the place has a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes us want to come back and enjoy a meal there next time we have more time.
It was my first time visiting this sushi restaurant, and the service was very warm and welcoming. The sushi tasted great, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh—especially the salmon and tuna, you can feel the quality with the first bite. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely come back again!

Wabi Sushi Ramen in Sharon has only been open since June but is already making itself known for creative Japanese cuisine. Where else have you seen pumpkin ramen and pumpkin sushi rolls? My Spicy Miso Ramen was perfect; all the flavors and textures with just the right amount of spice. I’ve been known to go for anything pumpkin so the Pumpkin Up Maki was definitely something I was curious to try. The pumpkin flavor was a little subdued by other flavors in the roll but nevertheless added enough to make you think, “Oh, this is interesting. What a great idea!” Service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Once word gets around, you may need reservations to get in here. Very much recommended.
